Congratulations on your nuptials! Every event I work is special and individual and I hope to have the opportunity to meet and discuss yours with you. I have been assisting in some capacity for over 500 weddings including running the rehearsal with and without the officiate present, as well as working with officiates, event organizers, DJs, photographers and more.

 

Wedding Officiant - $300

30-45 min ceremony, rehearsal, email & phone communication, 2 in person meetings, signing and filing of paperwork.

 

Wedding Planning - $65 / hour side by side assistance

Ongoing help by phone, text, email, or in person. Charged by the hour for in person assistance, charged by the quarter hour for phone, text, or email.

 

Set Up and Day of Coordination - $1,250

Rates for set up and day of services start at $1,250 and include an in-person meeting for us to get to know each other (usually about 30 min. over coffee or cocktails), email communication to make sure I understand your wants and needs, rehearsal and review of set up items the day before (as allowed), day of coordination for ceremony through cake cutting.

 

Day of Wedding Assistance Only - $750

6 hour event, rehearsal, email & phone communication, 2 in person meetings as needed.

 

*Prices based on Idyllwild mountain locations. All other locations may be charged travel, meal, and/or lodging as required for services contracted.
